In March 2017, Patrimony® acted as advisor on the acquisition of a store in Parque Oeste, the most important retail park located in the south of Madrid.
It is presently a single retail unit of 18,000 square metre of Gross Lettable Area. The existing construction is to be refurbished into a new retail park suitable for multiple tenancies.
Our services include a preliminary feasibility survey, a business, marketing and positioning plan, as well as definition and monitoring of the refurbishment project renovation, and its subsequent leasing and disposal.
Santiago de Compostela 96 is an office building with a recessed garden area. Total Gross Lettable Area (GLA) is 14,731 square metres.
The property includes three basement floors, ground floor and thirteen upper floors. It has both indoor and outdoor car parking with 159 and 23 spaces, respectively. At present, it is fully let to the Provincial High Court of Madrid.
